Poster Guidelines and Requirements

Posters should present research, pilot projects, economic or policy analyses, or commercial technologies relevant to the energy transition in New Mexico. Accepted posters will be displayed during the whole event and especially for the afternoon open forum and networking sessions.

Please submit a title, short abstract (200 words max), and author information via newmexicoenergyinitiatives@gmail.com

Poster submission deadline: Oct. 17, 2025

  • All posters must be designed and submitted using the poster template.
  • All posters should be one slide only
  • Dimensions: TBD
  • Be sure to include: Title, authors, references, acknowledgements, disclaimers (if applicable).
  • Make sure font colors and backgrounds have sufficient contrast. Please refer to the NMEI Style Guide for official colors, typeface, and logos.
  • Feel free to format the poster however you need to best display your work. For guidance see suggested format on second slide.
